Meet the Team

Ron Pepper Owner, Handyman

I have over 30 years of experience working in the industry.  I first took an interest in construction at an early age working along side my father who was an industrial arts teacher.  I learned from an early age the importance of exemplary craftsmanship needed to provide quality products.

Before deciding to pursue a  career as a  certified assembler technician and home improvement expert, I first earned my bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from Colorado State University,  and then went on to operate our family farm for 20 years.  Many of the skills that I use today were learned from the farm operation.   Helping my dad with his building projects and working around the farm really developed by passion for fixing things.  As a farmer you become a well rounded handyman with skills in welding, repairing fencing, pest/weed control, operating power tools, carpentry skills, equipment repair and maintenance as well as building repair and maintenance.

In 2010 my family needed a change so we sold the farm and headed out on the road for an adventure.  After traveling the country we decided to make Nashville, TN our home.  The friendly people of Tennessee as well as the beauty of the state made the decision an easy one. I really enjoy helping people and with my experiences and background becoming a professional assembler and handyman was the perfect fit.  I enjoy having different challenges put before me everyday.

I love what I do! I would love to help you with your assembly and home improvement projects.

Eric Pepper, Owner Handyman

I started at an early age learning the industry under the supervision of my father and grandfather.  I took an interest in wood working, so for Christmas when I was eight years old my grandfather constructed me my very own wood working table with my name inscribed on the side. It was the coolest thing ever! I spent many hours helping my grandfather in his shop building furniture and fixing all types of wood working projects for the neighbors.   I also worked along side my father on our farm.  I learned from an early age the skills needed to pursue my career in the home improvement industry.  This unique skills-set has allowed me to fix almost anything.

You might say that fixing things is in my blood! I would love to help you with all your assembly, home improvement and repair needs.

As far back as I can remember I was my Dads’ shadow on our family farm.   I really enjoyed working in the shop repairing equipment as well as driving the tractors to plant the fields.  From the time I was 7 years old, I raced motorcycles.    I used to take my bike apart and put it back together again to make sure it was running in tip top shape.  You might say I am a  girl who is very mechanically inclined.  Since moving to Nashville I have worked on a maintenance crew for an RV resort.  I was made the assistant manager to the maintenance supervisor because of all my knowledge and back ground in property maintenance.  I can fix a fence, drive a back hoe, work on your plumbing,  repair electrical problems and much much more!     When the family decided to start the handyman and assembly business I was right on board.  I like helping people and have enjoyed meeting the many people we serve.  In my spare time I like to sing and write a song or two.

You might say that fixing things is in my blood too! I would love to help you with all your assembly, home improvement and repair needs.

I have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.  I owned and operated a company which specialized in shrink-wrapping for containment and weatherization of buildings and large objects.  It was not uncommon to see me in the field working along side the crew constructing large containment structures.  I also learned many skills working along side my husband on our farm as well.  I sold the construction business in 2006 so that I could focus on my family.  The business had me traveling all over the country.   One of the most important things I learned was your customer service has to be outstanding.  This is something we take pride in at Naturally Handy Home & Business Solutions.   We provide professional quality handyman services with outstanding customer service.  If you live in the greater Nashville area and surround areas give us a call.  Your family is our family and that is how we treat you, like family.

I look forward to hearing from you on your next home repair or improvement project.
